If you want to impress your guests over the holidays this summer then you should whip up these fabulous champagne ice cream floats!!! They are easy, gorgeous, and double as dessert! So you can cool off, while getting your buzz on!
2 cups strawberries, washed and trimmed (can also use frozen)
1 pint of blueberries
vanilla ice cream
champagne, prosecco, or cava
Blend or mash strawberries to make a puree. You may need a splash of water to get the puree going. Layer strawberry puree, blueberries, and vanilla ice cream in a champagne flute until halfway full. Top with bubbly!
